Terms

Last updated : 2026-10-20T12:00:00Z ( UTC, ISO 8601 )

By using betKarma ('Service'), you agree to these Terms ('Terms'). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service description

betKarma is a crypto platform for Privacy Exchange orders and provably fair casino games, with casino balances denominated in satoshis. Privacy Exchange is a full direction matrix over the supported assets: every supported asset can be both sent and received, in any combination, and the same-asset mixer directions (BTC → BTC, ETH → ETH, USDT (TRON) → USDT (TRON)) are paid out from betKarma's private reserve. The directions open at any given moment, together with their fees, minimums and maximums, are published on the platform and shown in the exchange widget.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). You are solely responsible for compliance with local laws. betKarma does not currently apply nationality-based or region-based access controls at the platform level. However, that does not constitute legal clearance for any specific jurisdiction, and users are solely responsible for determining whether access to and use of the Service is lawful where they are located.

Access is key-based no-account exchange flow : account access is nickname + HEX key. The Service does not use traditional email onboarding, document onboarding, or identity-review onboarding for normal use. Privacy Exchange is designed as a : pick a direction, enter the recipient address, receive a deposit address, then track the order through its private order page.

No personal identity documents are required or have ever been required. KYC-never is a material and continuing commitment of betKarma: betKarma has never performed KYC and will never request, collect, require, or verify identity documents, selfies or biometric data, proof of address, source-of-funds or source-of-wealth evidence, or any equivalent identity-verification material. betKarma will not introduce retrospective, event-triggered, selective, or “shotgun KYC,” and will never make access to or release of funds conditional on KYC. If the Service cannot lawfully or operationally perform an action without identity verification, betKarma will decline or discontinue that action rather than demand KYC; existing legitimate balances and pending funds will remain governed solely by the published ledger, payout, and refund rules and technical safety checks, without an identity-verification condition. This commitment survives suspension, termination, dispute, and any later amendment of these Terms; no amendment may impose KYC retroactively on an existing account, order, balance, or refund. betKarma does not conduct AML screening and does not use blockchain analytics or transaction surveillance tools. does not alter the user's responsibility to comply with applicable local laws This applies before, during, and after use of every Service feature, including account access, order acceptance or completion, withdrawals, refunds, release of funds, access restoration, risk or security reviews, disputes, and account closure. betKarma does not publish a separate VPN or privacy-tools access policy. Use of VPNs, proxies, or similar tools .

3. Account and access key

Accounts are created instantly with a nickname and an access key (HEX). No email or recovery is provided. You must store your access key securely. Loss of the key means permanent loss of access to the account and any funds. By default a new login revokes the previous session, so a regular account holds at most one active session at a time. Operator (root) accounts may keep parallel sessions across devices and can review or revoke them in Account → Sessions.

4. Use of the Service

You may use the Privacy Exchange directions published on the platform, casino, and account balance features (deposits and withdrawals) in accordance with these Terms and platform rules. Game outcomes are determined server-side and are provably fair. You must not circumvent, automate, or abuse the Service.

5. Prohibited conduct

You must not: use the Service for illegal activity; create multiple accounts to abuse bonuses; share your access key; reverse-engineer or attack the platform; misrepresent your eligibility to use the Service; or use the Service in any jurisdiction where it is prohibited.

6. Bonuses and promotions

Deposit promo codes, when issued, are personal, non-transferable, and single-use. Every deposit promo uses the same fixed terms: 25% bonus on the deposit amount, capped at 500,000 sats, with a 50x wagering requirement on the granted bonus. Promo codes are tied to the assigned user, may expire, and cannot be reused across multiple deposits.

Exchange cashback bonus: when a Privacy Exchange order completes, 100% of the charged service fee is credited as a casino bonus, valued in sats at the completion-time rate, with a 50x wagering requirement. When the wager completes, at most the bonus amount converts into withdrawable funds (the cashout cap); any bonus balance above the cap is forfeited. The cap is part of the bonus terms fixed at the moment the bonus is granted to an account or a guest code is redeemed. Guest cashback codes are one-time, tied to a single order, and may expire.

Bonuses keep the terms fixed at their grant time; changes to bonus terms are not applied retroactively to already-granted bonuses. Withdrawal before completing wager requirements forfeits bonus funds and active bonus wagers.

7. Fees and limits

The Service may charge fees for Privacy Exchange orders, withdrawals, or other operations. Fees, minimums, maximums, and supported directions may differ by asset pair and may change as published on the platform. On a floating-rate order the accepted deposit range (minimum and maximum) is shown on the order page, and the service fee shown at creation is applied to the amount actually received within that range. Maximum stakes and withdrawal limits are set by the platform and may change. You are responsible for any blockchain fees.

8. No warranty

The Service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of Privacy Exchange rates, availability of any specific exchange direction, or outcomes of games. Live and indicative rates shown before a floating-rate order locks are estimates, not a guaranteed execution price; the binding rate is the one fixed under Section 14. Use at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of funds due to key loss, technical failure, or third-party actions.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, abuse of the Service, security reasons, operational risk, or other legitimate platform-protection reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time. Access restrictions under this section do not introduce identity checks: betKarma does not request KYC documents to restore access or process balances. Legitimate settled balances remain governed by the ledger and payout rules published by the platform (including network fees and technical safety checks). We may permanently delete dormant zero-real-value accounts and their related data after 14 days from account creation where the account has never received real sats for play, has never performed a live Privacy Exchange order, and has no gameplay or exchange activity.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced. Check this page periodically.

12. Contact

For questions about these Terms, contact support through the platform.

13. Letter of Guarantee

Every Privacy Exchange order includes a Bitcoin-signed Letter of Guarantee, available from the moment the order is created. For a fixed-quote order it fixes the direction, rate, amounts, deposit address and recipient. For a floating-rate order it fixes the pricing contract — direction, accepted deposit range, service fee, deposit address, recipient and the confirmation depth at which the rate locks — and, once the rate is locked, also carries the locked rate, amounts and lock time. The signing address and a self-contained public verifier are published and linked from the order page and from /letter-of-guarantee, so the signature can be checked independently, without relying on betKarma's own interface.

The Letter of Guarantee is the primary guarantee of your order's terms, and checking it is your own responsibility, both before and after payment. betKarma does not accept liability for a dispute over an order's terms where independent verification of the Letter of Guarantee was available to you and was not used.

14. Deposits, wrong-network transfers and refunds

You are solely responsible for sending the correct asset, on the correct network, to the exact deposit address (and memo, where applicable) shown on the live order page. If a transfer is sent to the wrong address, on the wrong network, or otherwise does not match the order's requirements, a refund cannot be guaranteed: recovery may be technically impossible, may depend on a third party outside betKarma's control, or may not be economically viable. betKarma assists on a best-effort basis but does not warrant a specific outcome.

Where a refund is made, for any reason, the network or blockchain fee for sending that refund is deducted from the refunded amount or otherwise borne by you; betKarma does not absorb third-party network costs on a refund.

On a floating-rate order the exchange rate is not fixed when the order is created. The rate and the receive amount are determined from betKarma's market snapshot at the moment the deposit reaches the required confirmation depth on its network (or, where an operator confirms a detected deposit ahead of that depth under the published policy, at the moment of that confirmation), applying the service fee shown at creation to the amount actually received. Any amount within the accepted range is exchanged in full. An amount below the minimum is an underpayment; where the received amount exceeds the maximum, the amount up to the maximum is exchanged and the surplus is handled as an overpayment. A deposit address is valid for the period shown on the order page. A deposit that becomes visible on its network only after that deadline is not exchanged on the terms booked: where it is the first payment to an order that has received nothing, the order reopens and is priced as a floating-rate order at the required confirmation depth (a same-asset or operator-agreed order keeps its original terms); in any other case it is resolved through support.

If a deposit underpays or overpays an order's expected amount or accepted range and you do not contact support in a timely manner — by the time the order would otherwise be executed or its deposit would reach the required confirmations — betKarma may resolve the order at its own discretion under its published policy. The default resolution for an underpayment is a proportional recalculation of the payout at the order's rate; an overpayment is handled under the equivalent policy. A deposit of the correct asset, on the correct network, to the order's deposit address is not forfeited for being below the minimum accepted amount for its direction. It is settled by a top-up while the order awaits settlement; by a refund agreed with you and carried out at your expense as described above; or — at betKarma's sole discretion, as a manual exception that is neither promised nor automatic and does not alter the published minimums — by an exchange of the amount actually received at the rate current when that decision is made, provided the resulting payout is technically deliverable. Where betKarma cannot complete an exchange that was paid correctly, the deposit is settled with you on the same basis. When creating an order you may optionally state a refund address for the asset you send; it is used only for a refund agreed with you, does not constitute a refund request, and after the order is created may be supplied or changed only through the order's access and support procedure. Knowledge of a transaction identifier, order number, deposit address or screenshot alone does not entitle anyone to a refund or to redirecting funds.

A surplus — any amount received above the order's expected amount or accepted maximum, including a transfer that reaches the deposit address after the order's rate has been locked or its payout has been sent — is settled separately from the main payout at the order's rate. A surplus whose value at that rate is below the materiality threshold published in the exchange policy (currently the equivalent of USD 1) is not paid out or refunded separately: a separate network transfer would cost more than the amount itself, so such a surplus is recorded for audit and retained by betKarma. Only a surplus at or above that threshold is settled with you as described above.

15. Payout timing and sourcing

The estimated execution time shown for each direction in the exchange form runs from the point the deposit reaches the required confirmation depth on its network. In exceptional circumstances, such as a high volume of payouts queued for processing, actual execution may take longer than that estimate, but betKarma will not exceed it by more than 3 hours.

For assets without built-in shielding or privacy features, a payout may be sourced through a centralized or decentralized exchange, but it is always paid from betKarma's internal reserve. betKarma does not forward the same deposited funds directly to a recipient and does not create an on-chain link between a specific deposit and a specific payout.

A payout may be executed as more than one transaction. When this happens, the combined amount always equals the amount due, and the total delivery time still stays within the timing described above.
